This is a way to compare different products related to the product or service that we want to design. SWAT stands for <\/span><b>Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span><b> Threats.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Analysing existing products is the basis for creating a successful product of our own. Consider the elements from the perspective of a <\/span><b>product developer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>customer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Look at the questions below when completing your SWAT analyses.
