    • Analyse Games on the Market
      • Develop a Design Brief

Your grade will be based on the Assessment criteria posted on Managebac.
      Identify and Prioritise the Research

In this strand, we mostly use the research that we completed during Science class. The main research findings will be communicated in strand below.

Save the links to the websites you visit. This will make it easier when citing your sources.

      Analyse Existing Products

We will analyse at least two games that successfully teach a skill to someone in your age group. The purpose is to see what other game designers have created. You will need to analyse the products based on these four areas:

      Content, Aesthetics and Attributes

The main findings from your game analysis will also be included in strand .

      Develop a Design Brief

A brief summary of your research, game analysis and how this can be valuable to your own game design will be the main point of the desgign brief.

Examples of high level work will be shown during class.
      Bibliography

Include footnotes in MLA format on your worksheet. This will help the reader understand where you found the information. We will always use the MLA format.
