Game Design
The MYP 2 students completed a unit called Game Design in which they developed educational games to be played by the SIS kindergarten students. First, they researched the subject that kindergarteners will learn and developed ideas for an educational game. They then created the games in Scratch. Finally, they developed testing methods to evaluate the success of their games. Below is a sample of the games in progress as well as some of the code blocks used in the Scratch programming language.
